WolfLady Novellas by Sue Denver
Requirements: .ePUB reader, 2.9 MB
Overview: Sue has researched wolves for two decades, and has a vivid fantasy life where she rescues those in need and beats the crap out of bullies and abusers. She combines these interests in her WolfLady stories which are “gripping, the pace is deliciously fast, and [the heroine’s] personality is spunky, funny, stubborn, loyal, and completely likable.”
Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy | Paranormal

Betrayal in Oklahoma: They made it personal. Now Sara will risk everything to save a little boy.
Werewolf Sara Flores is minding her own business (for a change!) when her kayak runs smack into a well-organized child kidnapping ring. It would be stupid for her to get involved— with the masterminds or their thugs. These men will kill anyone who threatens them.
Sara also needs to stay away from the exact places she’d have to go to investigate. Police and FBI agents will be thick on the ground — with their trained and suspicious eyes. A woman with her secrets would be crazy to show up at them.
But Sara is going to do all of these stupid things. Because she saw the pudgy little 3-year-old. She looked into his tear-stained blue eyes as they dragged him away.
She’s going to save that kid if she has to bite the heads off of half the criminals in the state. Literally.
Stench of Fear: Cops are bad news for werewolves!
Cops can smell trouble. When you’re a werewolf like Sara Flores, you do your best to avoid them because they can sense something different about you. It makes them curious. Makes them want to investigate you. This is a problem for Sara — because she’s after a man who works with the police.
Since her turning, Sara has used her new abilities to rescue those being abused by evil people. Cops would call her a vigilante — something they hate as much or more than criminals.
Sara smelled evil from the man she’s after. She’s seen the bodies. She knows he has protection from at least one high-level officer. Finding proof, however, is turning out to be much harder.
Sara decides to risk everything on one big raid. Even though innocent women are at risk. Even though cops are on her trail. Even though it’s critical that nobody learn what she is.
Unfortunately, Sara has no idea just how big a stink she’s sticking her nose into. But she’s about to find out.
