Ink Sorceress Series by D. L. Harrison (1-4)

Overview: I wrote some short stories and was encouraged to try writing and self publishing by some friends. I work in computers and writing is an obsessive hobby I have been trying to hone for a couple of years now. I'll let you judge if I have succeeded or not.
Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy
1. Disgraced - Princess Luna was celebrating her sixteenth birthday, the day she was acknowledged as a full adult. It meant being added to the succession. It also meant duty, as she’d likely be married off for her father’s political gain.
Except, the rulers of the vassal kingdoms in the empire were unable to rule if they had magic. No one was more surprised than she was to find out she had the potential for ink sorcery. That changed everything for her, and her expected future went up in smoke as she faces the unknown.
A time of change was coming. Not for just Luna, but for the empire itself as an old threat rises in the east again. The monstrous races in the wastelands are on the move. But in a new way, a way no one sees coming, until it’s far too late.
2. Empire Imperiled - Princess Luna’s life had changed greatly in the last few weeks, but she’d found a new place. The threat from the wasteland races was imminent, the assassins after her and her new liege would grow thick on the ground, and then there was the threat of human kingdoms going to war.
Not to mention dealing with her own developing magic and personal growth. Luna would be hard pressed on all sides.
3. War Ascending - Princess Luna’s life had changed greatly in the last few months, and it was about to take a new turn. Certain doors would be closed, change was coming, and new ones would open.
The threat from the wasteland races was lessened, and as was inevitable war between the kingdoms was about to raise its head with that deadly common enemy out of the picture. She’d also be learning some hard lessons and growing in power.
4. Ink Sorceress Queen- Princess Luna’s life had changed greatly in the last nine months, and it was about to take a new turn as winter turned to spring. Again.
The threat from the wasteland races was gone, and the warring between the kingdoms was complicated. She was also finally, at the peak of her power. But magic wasn’t everything, and there were some new challenges coming her way.
