1. The Good Shifter - Talk is cheap, and Maggie isn’t buying.
As the owner of Great Lakes Investigations, she’s seen just about everything there is to see. Murder, embezzlement, infidelity; you name it, she’s been there and got the investigative t-shirt.
If there’s anyone Maggie trusts less than the targets of her investigation, it’s the clients who hire her. They always have something to hide.
But, then, so does Maggie…
She’s not just your average PI. She’s a sorceress.
Untangling paranormal cases brought to her by fae, shifters, and vampires is all in a day’s work for Maggie. However, her latest case might end up being her last.
Can Maggie solve the case without losing everything? Or will she find out too late that friends can’t always be trusted?

2. Shifter Problems - Absence doesn’t always make the heart grow fonder.
Matt is inside Maggie’s head, and their oddly dangerous frenemies are gone for the time being, but their troubles are only just beginning. Cyrilla is out of commission and some young witches are setting themselves up to be her successors...
…and courting Cole in the process.
Which annoys Maggie, given that she’s his girlfriend now.
It’s complicated.
Maggie doesn’t have any interest in taking Cyrilla’s place, but when she hears that a magical bounty hunter is preying on the children in her community, she’s sure as hell not going to let him get away with it.
Tracking him down requires her to go to James Shalton for help.
Cole’s father. The guy who might or might not have killed Cyrilla. Who might or might not have it out for Maggie.
Is anything going to be simple ever again?

3. Shifting Truths - Maggie’s life isn’t simple anymore, but it’s better than the lonely landscape it used to be.
It’s high time Maggie got a break after tracking down a bunch of kidnapped children, then solving the mystery involving a sorceress and a vampire who were both using her to get back at one another.
It almost makes her miss the cheating spouse cases. Almost.
But everyone’s life is complicated, right? It’s not just her.
She’s now working with the vampire who just so happens to be her boyfriend’s estranged father. No, her boyfriend does not know she’s working with his dad.
While that argument waiting to happen brews, there are other things to worry about. A terrified kid comes to Maggie’s office and tells her his family might be the ones supplying a new drug in town—a drug that affects magicals and a-magicals alike.
Before she knows it, Maggie is drawn into a world where the stakes are higher than can imagine, and the perpetrators are more than willing to kill a lone PI who is sticking her nose into their business.
Can Maggie survive taking on her biggest case to date? More, can she come out of the family drama with her relationship intact?

4. The Wolf is the Pack - What do you do when your long-lost heritage comes calling?
Between their father leaving and their mother dying, neither Maggie nor Matt were ever affiliated with a pack.
When a werewolf shaman shows up looking for Matt, Maggie suddenly has a glimpse into a world she never expected to see…
…as well as a chance to figure out what’s going on with her powers.
Maggie cons her way into the pack to learn about her family and herself.
Things get complicated when one of the male shifters in the pack becomes sure Maggie is his fated mate.
Though she feels guilty, Maggie’s sense of belonging and her genuine attraction to the shifter complicate things, drawing her in closer.
One thing leads to another, and a series of accidents reveals her secrets to the pack.
Now, one half believe she’s an abomination, while the other half are vying to get her genetics for their bloodlines.

5. Cryptic Artifacts - When it rains, it pours.
On the run from her old pack, Maggie heads
off on a cross-country trip.
No road trip would be complete without road
trip buddies, and Maggie has an interesting combination for company.
Who better to hit the open road with than a
vampire, his estranged son, a no-nonsense mer, and the disembodied twin who’s
taken up residence in her brain?
Maggie’s not great at doing nothing, and
sightseeing is too dangerous, so when a job comes up, she jumps at the chance
to relieve her boredom.
Retrieve a family heirloom from a crypt.
Easy, right?
Except both the heirloom and the crypt appear
to be, in technical terms, mega-haunted.
Also, the current patriarch of the family
might have figured out more of Maggie’s secrets than she wanted to share, and
things with Cole are not going well.

7. Beyond the Pack- Just when Maggie thinks it’s safe to relax, her life takes another turn down crazy avenue.
The biggest surprise should be that Cole turned out to be a baddie, but the possibility she might sorta have something going on with Liam eclipses everything else.
Might.
Maggie isn’t exactly comfortable trusting her instincts right now.
Does she decide to handle this in a totally mature way? If “totally mature” means running away, sure.
The only way Maggie can keep her head above water is to get out of the pool. But will distance give her the perspective she needs?
The world is full of mysteries for a PI to unravel, especially when that PI comes from a family steeped in secrets.
Having enough skeletons in the family closet to populate a graveyard aside, Maggie is about to learn that some secrets are far, far stranger than anyone could have guessed…
…and that knowledge always comes with a choice.

8. The Exiled Mark - What’s it going to take for Maggie to get a moment alone with her thoughts?
Usually, when you squabble with a sibling, they aren’t stuck inside your head. But that’s how things are for Maggie and Matt, and it’s becoming unbearable.
Not that they have time to focus on a solution.
Maggie has shifter packs from all over the world hunting her, and she can’t stay on the run forever.
The question is, how does she get a bunch of shifters who think the only known female shifter is an abomination to just…leave her alone? And how does she get the covens who want to study her to just…leave her alone?
Maggie has no idea, so she does the next best thing. Or, not the next best thing. A ridiculous thing.
She sets out to find the father who abandoned her and her brother and get the answer to why.

9. Marked for the Pack - Thanks to some experimental wizardry, Matt is out of Maggie’s head.
He’s in a golem body, to be precise. It’s not his body, but it’s an improvement on his previous situation.
Kind of. It’s going to take some time for his soul to acclimatize to an unfamiliar home. Until that happens, Matt will have to hope the awkwardness that comes with learning to operate his new body isn’t too much for everyone to handle.
An unsolicited case means there’s no time to worry about Matt’s temporary weirdness.
A traumatized woman shows up at Maggie’s office to report that some of the covens are being systematically hunted down.
Maggie and Matt aren’t in the PI business anymore, but this case is worth coming out of retirement for. However, things soon take a turn for the even weirder as the danger to the covens increases.
Maggie is determined to find out who’s behind it and take them down…
…just as soon as she figures out why she keeps running into two of her old enemies.
