An experimental starship. An unprepared pilot. An unexpected crew. A fight for the fate of the future.
Captain Nicholas Shepherd is a test pilot for Grimmel Corporation’s latest experimental starship, Foresight. As a test platform for desperately needed advanced technology, a successful run of the ship’s systems is vital to enable humankind’s escape from an alien-occupied Earth. But after Foresight suffers a malfunction during its final scheduled flight, the lost opportunity provides the enemy the opening they need for one last attack.
With his family caught in the crossfire, Nicholas realizes that the flawed starship may be their only means to escape. An unexpected encounter with the eccentric owner of Grimmel Corporation changes everything when he reveals his true intentions for Foresight are wilder than anyone could have imagined, and Nicholas is the only one qualified to see the clandestine operation through.
Joined by an unintended crew of survivors, he’s about to embark on an impossible mission of multiple lifetimes. If he fails, the future of humankind will not only be lost... It will be completely erased.
2. Formation
After narrowly escaping destruction, Nicholas and his crew find themselves flung far across the universe with no way home. When a distress call from a nearby planet catches their attention, they decide to investigate with the hope the signal is somehow connected to their arrival.
It isn’t long before the truth of Foresight’s mission comes into clearer focus, and Nicholas doesn’t like what he sees. He already knows there’s something disturbing about the circumstances of their escape.
The truth is more unsettling than he could have ever imagined.
4. Forever
Crippled and left for dead, Nicholas and his crew find a glimmer of hope in an unexpected new ally. Down but not out, if they want to finish what they’ve started they’ll need to return to Earth. Only it’s not the Earth they knew and the hardest battle is still to come.
If they can survive long enough to fight in it...
