Overview: It was the beginning of the third millennium of the Rain Age. Dark times had befallen the Kingdom of Graytheros after a war between the forces of light and dark, though who won, nobody seemed to remember, or know why. The only thing they knew was that they had to stay safe as they struggled to survive living on lands less fertile as a result of the aftermath. While things were relatively peaceful as they seemed, and problems were more or less scarce as anyone could tell, the people couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of occasional unease, as if somehow there was an unseen shadow looming over them at every second of every day. It could be a calm before a new storm, or perhaps it was simply a matter of adapting to change.
Within this vast region was a young man named Attrebus, who was a mineworker, and nothing more, at least that's what he thought, until he was plagued by visions of being a powerful warrior battling a familiar evil. How could it be so? The answers lay beyond his home. Although it was a destiny he did not understand, the gods will ensure his journey to find out the truth and reclaim his destiny.
