What happens when a UFP Captain is forced to command a vessel with enemy crew?
Five years have passed since humanity defeated the Vartok. Peace has returned to the United Federation of Planets. Humanity has begun rebuilding its resources and expanding its reach through the establishing of a network of base stations and colonies. But peace is an illusion. Earth's old adversary has returned. On the fringes of UFP space, an insidious ambush is sprung on an insignificant research station.
Like nothing humanity has ever seen before.
A lone UFP cruiser with a lean crew patrolling one of the outer stations is all that remains to hold the line against this new attack by the Vartok species.
Why is the enemy targeting the station? With time running out, can the lone UFP cruiser protect the station? Or, will this new ambush catapult humanity and the UFP into another war with its old adversary?
2. Rogue Advance - "An enemy that is relentless is more dangerous than their arsenal."
Captain Norman finds himself protecting the Chief Scientist as they make their way back to Earth.
But not all is as it seems.
Captain Crendall traveling beside him has been forced to work with the enemy. Norman has no clue how close the Vartok species are to his vessel. A distress signal from a nearby colony brings the UFP again face to face with the old adversary. But this time the stakes are even higher. Meanwhile, a series of shock revelations on UFP Space Command on Earth brings the establishment nearly to its knees at the depth of the Vartok species' plan is uncovered.
Are the Vartok going to try to get Cromwell? Why do they want her? And what does the attack on the new colony foretell
of the Vartok's plans?
3. Risen Emissary - "The awakening has begun."
Attacking the colony was only part of the Vartok species' plan. Major Thomas and his unit face one of their darkest challenges ever as they fight the enemy in the colony.
Meanwhile, the secret behind Crendall's appearance is finally unveiled, leading Captain Norman to face the new threat. And, at the most unexpected of moments, a legend surfaces.
All according to the enemy's plan.
At the same time, an Emissary arises from the ashes in the destroyed colony. What does the Emissary want? And, will the Vartok succeed in fulfilling their plan? Or can Major Thomas and his unit hold the line?

Captain Norman, Major Thomas and the team mount a rescue by heading into Ebelon, the Vartok home world. But the success of their mission depends on a single unknown individual.
Meanwhile, the first zuko appears on Alpha Six, one of Earth's cities. Giving birth to Vartok soldiers, what is the
enemy after? And will they succeed in their mission?
The Vartok are also moving forward in their invasion. Emissary Wheeler is sent out on a new mission. To destroy a mining colony.
But things are not as they appear.
Can the UFP prevent another lost battle or will the Vartok continue to penetrate UFP space?
