Earth is destroyed by anti-matter fragmentation, with improbable coincidence putting the last Iranians facing the last Americans, all aggravated by increasingly unsubtle immortal interference. The survivors are running for Alpha Centauri to seek a new home planet, using untested technology for faster than light travel.
Events are “acts” and people are “performers” as the surviving human finalists play out “The Universe’s Got Talent” for the benefit of the immortals.
The twists and turns of the plot and the banter of the immortals will keep you laughing and turning pages to see what happens next, right to the mind bending conclusion.
