Other crimes are from the past—what the Arapahos call the Old Time: The Story Teller, The Spirit Woman and The Shadow Dancer are all based on events in history—old crimes that have a way of haunting the present, refusing to be forgotten, still demanding justice.
All are stories that took hold of me and refused to let go until I'd written about them.”
