When Carolina dies, Detective Daniel North is called to investigate a possible murder due to poison ingested when the victim drank tainted pineapple juice. The list of suspects grows as does the number of people who had reason to dislike Carolina. Will Rebecca be charged with murder or will she discover the identity of the real killer?
Murder on Bradbury Hill (#2)
Elderly twin sisters, Anna and Emma Bradbury, owners of the home on what has become known as Bradbury Hill, are found dead due to carbon monoxide poisoning. The prime suspect is Jake Morgan, fiancé of Mackenzie Snow and long-time friend of the Snow family. Jake is an accountant at a reputable accounting firm in Oakwood Park. As a favor to the sisters, Jake visits their home weekly to help them pay their bills and keep them company. Jake’s recent bank loan for twenty-five thousand dollars is paid in full close to the time of the twins’ death. Jake refuses to disclose the reason for the loan and the swift repayment. Despite Rebecca Snow’s protests, Detectives Daniel North and Erica West are certain they have found their man. Rebecca and her daughter, Mackenzie, are determined to uncover the truth and clear Jake’s name.
Murder at Lake Willoughby (#4)
A quiet vacation on the shores of Lake Willoughby for Rebecca and Andy Snow becomes a mystery when movie star, Francesca Faraday and her entourage take possession of the mansion across the lake. Loud nightly parties and strange happenings on the grounds arouses Rebecca's curiosity. The family and the Snow's detective friends join the vacationers and are quickly involved in accidents and murder.
