1. Curiosity Killed The Cat
A novice witch. A clumsy psychic. A sarcastic cat. What could possibly go wrong when trying to catch a killer? My name is Amanda Sheridan. When my Great Aunt Margaret died, I was totally surprised - I didn't even know I had one. But you should have seen the look on my best friend's face when they told us that I was the sole surviving relative and had inherited an English country house in the Cotswolds - cat, magical powers, and all. Some change from waitressing, I tell you. When an inquisitive journalist is killed in the cozy little village of Fickleton, the local police are totally mystified. As PC Bowler says, it's almost like the killer used magic. And everyone seems to have had a motive. Some of the residents, meanwhile, are convinced that the area is haunted. Luckily, as a witch, I don't believe in ghosts. Well, not that kind, anyway. One of the village regulars is the killer. And we have to solve the conundrum before he finds his next victim and frames an innocent person for the crime.

2. No Cat Is An Island
In their second case, Val, Barry, and Amanda are called to a lonely lighthouse off the west coast of Scotland. Amidst the lively meetings of the Royal Committee for the Preservation and Restoration of Lighthouses, they find that not all is well and harmonious on the island. As a storm gathers and the body count grows, the trio discovers that the murders are connected to the lighthouse's chilling past. Soon, it's a race against time before the storm subsides and the guilty party can escape unpunished.

3. Copycat Murders
After notorious sorcerer and serial killer Vincent Wycliffe dies in prison, a series of murders bearing his signature haunts the magical community once again. Has he risen up from the dead? Amidst rumours of copycats and resurrections, Val, Amy, and Barry must seek answers at Warklesby’s, one of the most prestigious schools of magic in England. With Barry gleefully acting as guest lecturer to cloak their detective work, they soon discover that there is a lot more to the murders than meets the eye. But when their cover is blown, things go from bad to worse as the mysterious killer marks them out as his next target.

4. Blind Cat's Holiday
A blind cat. A well-deserved holiday. And a puzzling series of murders connected to an old family feud. In their fourth case, the trio visits the Magical Holiday Retreat near Bath, England. The spa, owned by the flamboyant Archibald Pomeroy, seems like the perfect place for a self-pitying Barry to regain his eyesight. And of course for Amy and Val to regain their sanity. Soon after their arrival, however, a woman is murdered under mysterious circumstances. Fearing for his business and his life, Mr. Pomeroy begs them to investigate the case.

5. The Great Catsby
In their fifth case, Amy, Val, and Barry travel to the Pembroke estate in Yorkshire, an area magically shielded from the normal passage of time. Someone has been sending threatening letters to Lord Pembroke, a reclusive warlock who has banned the use of magic on his property. Deciding to smoke out the villain, the trio pose as guests for the upcoming ball. But when a prominent member of the family is murdered, very little time remains to uncover the full conspiracy.
