When tragedy strikes, the bratty royal’s problems land at the manor’s front door and it’s going to take all hands on deck if the paranormal roomies hope to make it out alive.
8. First Place Witch - It’s the chance of a lifetime, but Holly’s not sure she can survive the spotlight’s harsh glow.
With her potions shop officially open for business, Holly sets off to the San Francisco Haven to compete with the most elite potions masters in the entire country. But what should be a fun and potentially life-changing experience quickly sours when Haven Council officials show up and start poking around Holly’s workstation.
When one of the competitors is found murdered, all eyes swivel to Holly and her apprentice.
Holly doesn’t know who killed the egotistical wizard, but she knows it wasn’t her or Harmony. She also knows that there are some on the esteemed Haven Council who wouldn’t hesitate to blur the lines of the investigation if it means getting rid of her once and for all.
Holly, Adam, Evangeline, and Harmony have to find the real killer before the clock runs out and Holly ends up wearing SPA handcuffs.
9. Sassy Witch - The winds of change have arrived and Holly’s not sure she can fly.
It’s Valentine’s Day in Beechwood Harbor and the town is rolling out the rosé-colored carpet to host a group of eager singles in an effort to boost town tourism. The sleepy town is suddenly transformed into Cupid’s playground, complete with chocolate fountains, bicycle’s built for two, and a romantic breakfast buffet.
Of course, no one loves a single’s buffet quite like a pack of vampires. Only, they’re not there for the dark-roast coffee and homemade sticky buns.
When eligible bachelors start dropping like wilted rose petals, Holly springs into action. She’s quickly thrown into a tangled web of secret romances, unrequited love, and more than one blood-thirsty vamp.
In short, it’s a bad time to get an eviction notice.
10. The Witch Is Inn - The ink on the contracts is dried and the first batch of guests are set to arrive. There's no turning back.

She also has a house full of royal vampires out for blood.
