Jack Sampson, the hospital porter, is desperate for his wife to be bumped up the waiting list for medical attention. He hopes that doing a favour for Sister Carmichael will accelerate the process, but his hopes are soon dashed by the fearsome Sister.
Smarted, Sampson incites the nurses to unionize, much to Carmichael’s disgust. She soon puts a stop to that problem though…
But when her pretty cottage is vandalized, and her beloved cats taken, Sister Carmichael feels the familiar dark cloud descend, and her rehabilitation unravels. Justice must be served… Sister Carmichael will accept nothing less…
