mesquite: You list this book as number seven in the series but FF lists it as 8 and number 7. being The Bones of Avignon (2012) did they mess up?

Yes they did! Bones is the (should be) the U.K. Title. Cause I looked this up on the iBookstore (U.S.A.) and they don't have The Bones of Avignon listed as a title but obviously reading the description it makes sense why they call it The Bones of Avignon since the location plot takes place in Avignon.

Look on the webpage Jefferson Bass and you'll see the differences.

No problem! Trust me, I did a double take too though they did release a short story a few months ago. It MIGHT be a tie in to this book. Not sure so don't take my word for it.

well, it says: The Bones of Avignon
The United Kingdom edition: same great story as The Inquisitor's Key, highbrow British title!

so, it makes sense given the release dates.
