Overview: Judith has been writing from the moment she learned how to put letters on paper. In grade school she wrote and directed plays, created comic books, and teamed up with her friend to write short stories. Her passion was to work behind the scenes in the police field and after some years in the accounting world, Judith was hired by a police department, spending the majority of her career in the Criminal Investigations Division as a Records Technician. In that position, she became a Composite Artist, transcriber, and a youth peer court advisor. Judith’s love of paper-crafting has exploded from a small desk area to a full blown two-room studio. (Some of you can relate!) A line of vintage greeting cards and love of box designing is her current distraction from writing.

Life on the Central Oregon coast was quiet and peaceful for Annie Weston until the sudden death of her neighbor, leaving her with an unexpected inheritance, guardianship of a young woman with Down Syndrome, and a very sexy nephew, Donald Harper, who arrives to settle his aunt’s estate. With the help of a group of senior citizens who decide to become sleuths, they unwittingly involve Annie in their mischief. This only leads to aggravate the local “hot” detective who is trying to solve the death of Annie’s neighbor without interference from Annie and the Silver Sleuths.

As a favor for his sister, Detective Dan Surely volunteers to help out a stranger visiting the small Oregon coastal town of Bridgewater Harbor and ends up chasing a kidnapper, who seems to elude Detective Surely’s every move. Once again, the Silver Sleuths are back and this time Annie involves them in a case …which may seem too much for the elderly self-proclaimed private investigators, making Annie’s once quiet life that of murder, mystery, and mayhem.

When Annie and her husband, Donald, escort their family to a secret room under their house, they discover much more than they knew, including an unexpected occupant. Meanwhile, a stalker begins leaving unsigned notes and gifts to Detective Dan Weston’s bride. Is Lizzy’s past catching up with her? And to make Annie’s life more chaotic than it already is, the senior citizens living in Bridgewater Harbor are about to lose their homes, unless Annie and the Silver Sleuths can solve a list of clues in a short amount of time.
