How could I have been so stupid not to notice bear shifters walking all over the place? Now I’m accused of murder and on the run for my life from a bloodthirsty killer out to destroy me. What did I ever do to deserve this?
2. Flick of the Witch - Life is pretty sweet in Hurtler’s Gulch until the day my new best friend comes crashing into town with a bang.
Can I help a stranger in need the way that murderous vampire witch Jada Hooper helped me, or could this be the worst disaster of all time? Anything’s possible, and in Hurtler’s Gulch, quite likely.
Before the sun goes down on this awful day, another innocent person will be dead and another innocent person will get accused of a murder they didn’t commit. Could this be the start of another devastating war between the bear shifter clans and the vampires haunting Hurtler’s Gulch? It’s going to take all my wiles and resources to solve the mystery, let alone survive it.
