Cape Carson is back with all the usual crowd: librarian Kim Chen, hot cop Todd Parker, and super sassy grandmother Nan Ryan. Oh, and Trixie the beagle. She’s possibly the only one who’s not barking mad!

At the same time, Rosie has to deal with the annual Australian Flying Saucer Association conference. It's being held in Cape Carson for the first time, and she's been asked to assist. She wouldn't have said yes, but there's been a terrible misunderstanding, and now she's helping to chair the panels. It can't be too difficult. Can it?
