When a suspect abruptly confesses to killing his own daughter, with no reason why, Harper gets suspicious. She now has to act fast before the actual perpetrator behind the disappearances strikes again.

Of course, she isn’t as alone as she thinks she is. The police procedural is followed closely in this story as Harper’s best friend, Jill, races against the clock to find her friend. As the clock ticks down and the madman becomes more unhinged, both Harper and Jill wonder if they will make it out alive. In this Thriller series, the strength of friendship can overcome every kidnapper's plan - no matter how smart.
