Working together, Evelyn and Adrian set out to learn the origin of the hauntings in order to banish evil away—even if it means reliving nightmares from the past to save a terrifying present.

One mysterious developer wants to renovate the property in a mega project that could really change things for the town.
Evelyn, a young real estate agent championing the development, discovers the building is more than just brick and mortar.... An ancient evil resides there and her clients seek its power.
When people in town begin losing their minds—displaying atrocious behavior—she realizes it all connects back to Dyeworks.
If Evelyn does nothing, her dream of seeing Baneford restored won't be the only thing she'll have to let die. Adrian has returned, but he's not the man she remembers, and his help comes with a heavy cost.
Maybe some dreams are better left undreamt....
