Some holidays have a certain taste to them.

The town is aglow, the stockings are hung, and a handsome new stranger has just moved into Fern’s building, setting things up for the best Christmas ever.
But when Fern and her best friend Elliot get tangled up in a mystery at the annual Weihnachten Market, they’ll have to take matters into their own hands to solve the case before a killer escapes.

It’s a brand-new year in Walnut Creek—but an old murder has just been discovered.
Fern Fischer has her hands full, managing her family’s bakery and preparing for the Healthy New Year Fest but when her best friend Elliot moves into the cozy condominium on the third floor of Fern’s building—and discovers it might be haunted by the ghost of the previous resident—a whole new mystery begins to unfold.
It becomes increasingly clear to the sleuthing duo that the man who lived there before Elliot had obviously seen something that he shouldn’t have, and now that Fern and Elliot know all about it, they have to solve the mystery before they become victims themselves!
