Her feline deputy, Boris, is good at clawing people who threaten her, but he’s not much of a bloodhound. Will her two human deputies, Tom and Punk, find her before it’s too late?

Stone Cold Crazy [Lil & Boris Mystery 04]: Politics is something Sheriff Littlepage Eller tries to keep out of her duties in the quirky town of Crazy, Virginia. As the unwanted daughter of both of Crazy’s feuding founding families, Lil’s managed pretty well so far, but then her wealthy cousin, Jack Littlepage, announces plans to develop a huge family campground near Crazy, sending the town (and her department) into a tizzy.
And then, someone blows up a house, and there may be ties to some local men with a grudge against the government. With the aid of her foul-tempered feline deputy, Boris, Lil’s got to defuse the situation and bring the perpetrator to justice. Because when it comes to the law, there’s only one side to be on, and it’s hers.
