With assistance from the great sorcerer Merlin, the boys unlock its secrets, sending them on a wondrous adventure through time. It’s December 17, 1903, the day of the Wright brothers’ historic flights. Alex and his brother arrive very early on this fateful day with Madame Solaire as their guide and protector. Befriending two boys of similar ages, sons of a local lifesaver, Alex and Jason learn about the Wrights. Unbeknownst to them, sinister forces are afoot to rob them of their achievements, putting not only their plane but their very lives in danger. Two inventors, intent on stopping the Wrights from flying, kidnap Jason and his friend, John. It’s up to the two boys and a dog to somehow figure out how to escape and warn the others before tragedy strikes and history is altered forever. Through twists and turns of the time paradox, things are not as they seem to be.
