To end this nightmare, Benner and Persephone explain that Ana must accept her destiny and an age old prophecy. Ana and Persephone are the descendants of the infamous Achilles and Odysseus. They together can end a battle that has been raging for centuries by finding the missing Palladium and deciding its fate and ultimately the fate of the gods.
As Ana and Persephone are constantly separated by those fearing the power of the prophecy and bond, Ana is introduced to the key players in this hectic and unbelieving world: Poseidon, Zeus, and Hades. With all three vying for her knowledge, her trust, and even her affections, Ana is left reeling as she is chased by terrifying monsters and threats of losing the ones she loves. Only until she accepts her destiny and finds a missing piece of The Palladium does Ana discover that no one and nothing is what seems and everything can easily be taken from her.
