Overview: The Big Apple Posse Trilogy, is a series of action adventure novels that follow a group of tweens and their expanding band of travelers as they are first trapped in New York City after a terror attack and then are forced to flee from the terrorists who are determined that the posse not live to testify. The posse is forced to "hit the road" - first hiding in New Orleans where they are immersed in the world of voodoo and music. Then, after the terrorists find them in New Orleans, they travel cross country to Los Angeles.
The books asks the question: Can anyone truly disappear in a digital age where if you want to find someone, all you have to do is get on the internet and search? And where everything anyone does anywhere is recorded by satellite and available through Google Earth.
