I have a question: On 11/30/2014 I purchased premium+vip and it's now time to renew. I'd like to upgrade to platinum. What would be my total to renew and become a platinum member? Do I subtract what I paid last year from the $85 for platinum (making it $65). Please let me know and I'll do the upgrade immediately. Thanks.

Yup, it's $85 - what you paid last time. So if you donated $20 last year that would make it $65 for you.

Despite the starting hiccups yesterday, I have taken the plunge and splashed out a whole $15 (!) to get myself a pass to most of the download sites...

Seems like a bargain to me!

I do have one last question. I purchased the Premium + VIP subscription for one year yesterday and am very satisfied. I did notice that I do not have access to the Medical and YA ebook forums. Nothing indicates where I would go to get special permissions for these. Can you tell me what I would need to do to gain access?

Have you checked your 'Displayed Forums' settings? You may have 'hidden' them...
