Overview: S.R. Nulton, also known as Sarah Rose, is a true California native. She was born in southern California, raised in northern California, and went to college on the central coast. She has written off and on since junior high, but truly got into it again when she was working at school over summer in college. She was too broke to buy a new story to read so she started writing her own to stay entertained. The rest is history. Or it will be in about two decades.

Cinderella’s story may have a happily ever after, but what about her stepsister?
Joy has been despised and overlooked for years, but at this point she is resigned to it. It is how life always has been and always will be. As long as her family is safe and happy, she is content. Now that her stepsister is finally married, Joy is looking forward to escaping her society’s demands, to figuring out who she is when she isn’t Cinderella’s evil stepsister. Unfortunately, those plans are cut short when Cindy sends a letter and she finds out her past has decided to hunt her down to settle some scores.
Oh, and would it be considered lucky or unlucky that she has been married to a mysterious stranger? Without her permission. Or knowledge. Yeah, it’s been one of those days…

We all know the tale of Snow White... or do we?
Kidnapped at 17 and forced into marriage, Caillte Lynn is anything but the "evil stepmother". In fact, she loves her stepdaughter more than anything and would do anything to protect her.
Even fake Snow White's death.
Snow has grown up under the protection of her stepmother, the only person who was ever able to protect the girl from her father, the king. Having to leave her stepmother as the older woman spirals into madness is devastating, but Snow refuses to throw away the protection Caillte risked everything to give her.
But when the curse is broken, both women have only one thing on their minds: getting rid of the king.
