SO I have had my nook for quite a few years now and have had this continuous problem with it and was wondering if anyone has had this problem and fixed it and/if so how they did? Or a suggestion to do so? I know it can be restored to factory settings again, but it is annoying as this would be the third or fourth time I've done it. SO my basic problem is I'll have files on my nook under FILES. Right now I have two let's say, but on my actual Nook, there are five pages of files/books. A few are Barnes and Noble so I know why they are there, but the rest are not and I can't find them anywhere in my things, even using hidden. I also have an extra folder that popped up every time this happens, and there are a couple of files in there, but I can't do anything with them. Here are some screen shots.
