So I've been pulling some of my purchased books off of my Kindle but the inline images in the books are not transferring properly. For example the title page of the book which shows up fine on my kindle does not show up at all when I open the AZW in Calibre so they obviously do not show up when I convert the book to ePUB. Anyone know why this is occurring and possibly how to fix it?
