My Kobo is struggling to load a particular eBook to the point of resetting itself every time I try to turn the page. I've tried skipping a chapter or loading a new page with the menu instead, but no luck. I've tried another "copy" of the ebook from a different source. Still no luck. Yet my Macbook loads it just fine!

What could be the trouble?
