What I hope to be a quick question. My preferred PC ebook reader is Icecream Ebook Reader. While rare, it sometimes has issues with some of the epubs I download. One such example is "Charles Lamb - The Lost Ranger" with was posted today. It's like the reader can't read any of the formatting, and turns the book into a single page. The workaround to his is to use a different reader, such as Calibre. That has no problems reading the book.

I'm curious if others have ever had this problem. Is this a limitation of the reader? Or is there something funky going on with the coding of the epub?

Thanks in advance, and thanks for the awesome site.

@bobdoleusa

I use FBReader. it never has any issue with the epubs I read, but if that doesn't work either, it's possible the copy you have is terrible.

but fbreader is so much easier to use. it's the best IMHO
