Adding AZW4 to Calibre?

I have a book from KU which is only readable on Kindle Fires or Kindle reading apps. I assume it's AZW4.

I want to add it to Calibre, but I don't know how. I read what I could about it, but I still cannot understand. All I know is, once it's added, it's still locked and can't be opened for reading or editing.

Have any of you been successful?

Thanks, but the first problem is getting into Calibre.

I can open it in the Reading app, but the ASIN doesn't show in My Documents/Kindle Content.
