I just discovered this site and haven't signed up yet. Does anyone use it?

Apparently, I can create a wishlist and get quickly notified if the price drops on any of the books I've added.

Sorry for the very late reply! I use this site, and it has come in pretty handy. I can set it to notify me of any price drop, or if a books drops to X price, or if it drops by Y dollar amount, etc. I can set it to watch specific books or any books by Author B as well. I've managed to legally buy all of the Kate Daniels books by Ilona Andrews at a discount thanks to the site.

The problem is that when it notifies you of a sale you have no idea how long that lasts. A couple of times I've clicked only to learn the discount was for just a few hours. But IMO it's worth a roll of the dice since signing up is free.
