Calibre worked on my computer until 2 days ago. It now pops up "Failed to get temp file name. Access is denied. Error Code 5. So then I just tried to download the new calibre to and it reads error code 2203. So I can't get calibre to work. I have looked online at calibre for help and google searches and can't get any info. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! I use it everyday! Thanks!!

Revert to a build that worked and then go upgrade.

Give information about your computer mainly operating system.

Need as much as you can give. What were you doing, etc...

mesquite, I tried that also and it just says it can not connect to temp file. HP G72 Notebook, Windows home 7, Pentium Dual Core 64 bit

What were you doing with calibre when this error occurred? Do you know how to do a screenshot?

I was just trying to open up Calibre. And it popped up cant access temp file. Then I tried to download it from calibre website and then popped up with error 2203. I know how to do a screenshot on my iphone not sure how to do on computer

Completely uninstall calibre. Back up your books onto a jump drive or someplace else first. Then uninstall calibre, then reinstall. You might have accidentally removed a file associated with calibre (not sure, never had an issue with it myself).
