Have you tried the Calibre plugin ? Calibre Plugin(K4MobiDeDRM_v03.5_plugin.zip)

I'm pretty sure .prc is the same as .mobi. Just change the extension and anything that works for .mobi should be fine.

I'd use the calibre add on myself and it seems to strip DRM from everything. "DeDRM plugin for calibre: the simplest option for removing DRM from most ebooks"

However I also found this via google:-
