I'd like a button that skips forward or backwards a few pages like you might to a book.

Also one that has colour without being backlit for textbooks and such.

And an mp3 player so I read and listen on one device.

I just got a new Fire HD 10 and my input to this discussion is that an ereader should be as light-weight as possible, especially for reading in bed! I like the new Fire OS 5 'blue shade' option for reading at night.

Coloured e-ink is the next step for e-readers (I hope). I have a Kobo Aura H2O, I like the ability to read in the bath, but I wish they had a better way to catalogue the books in the reader.
