Is it totally safe to upload downloaded from forums etc books to Kindle Paperwhite 2 via usb? I dont really use internet on my Kindle cause Im freaking out something can happend and they can block my account or wipe my collection 
The vast, vast majority of my collection was not purchased from Amazon and I've never had a problem with sending the files to my Kindle either via usb or through Calibre.
