Someone posted some of JK Rowling's extras from Pottermore into a PDF. I want to read them on Kindle, so I tried several free online conversion sites plus Calibre. The one that gave me the best result (for this file at least) was pdf4kindle.com
It's still not perfect, but the formatting of the paragraphs was much better than the other sites.
