I have an intermittent problems with book covers not showing on my Nook touch simple.
They look fine in Calibre but when I transfer to the Nook they are not showing.
The only workaround I have found to work is converting on Calibre - Epub to Epub. This does work but with all the many settings in the convert process I'm worried I might mess up the formatting (like if there are pictures or tables in the book).

Have tried all the obvious ways... deleting & re-adding the cover.... auto downloading the cover & metadata etc but nothing seems to work.

I know this topic is almost two months old, but I have the same problem. It's making me nuts. I have a Nook HD. If someone could point me towards the fix, I'd much appreciate it!
