You guys have any recommendations?
I'm talking about things like Paul K. Davis's Masters of the Battlefield, or the European Medieval Tactics series, or Sun Tzu's Art of War, etc.
I have no problem with whatever eras they're in, so long as they discuss the battles or the tactics. Pictures (like how the phase of the battle goes, and not the picture of the commander or a painting of the battle, etc.) are optional, but would enhance the experience greatly for me.
Naval battles would be amazing, too, since I have absolutely nothing regarding that topic.

On War by Carl von Clausewitz
