So I've finished the Dark Tower series (all of the books) in a couple of weeks and haven't been able to get into a new book. Tried a few but I just really miss the characters from the Dark Tower

I've been Googling and a lot of people recommend the series:
• Hyperion
• Jack the Repairman

Not sure which one to begin with though. Any more books you recommend that are alike Dark Tower?

read Hyperion recently, science fiction fantasy rather than horror, on my scale. a checkbox-style production, split into sections, each tries to show something else, which i didnt like. eg. first story was about a guy investigating religious cult, thus interesting for me. others were automatically worse, like some other that has a story about psychically ill girl and problem is that it was very long, needlessly.

The Repairman Jack series ties in closely with F. Paul Wilson's other books in the Adversary Cycle.
