So I have a recent itch, I am looking for some werewolf or shifter series that I migth enjoy. I have run across some so far and I have been dissapointed with more that one. I hope someone can recommend me something thrilling, exciting and invigorating about werewolf as the main focus. Please don't recommend any M/M love storys, not my cup of tee.

Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon. You have wolves, dragons and many other animal plus ancient gods and great stories. Try them and let me know if you like them.

Jennifer Ashley's Shifters Unbound series.
Nalini Singh's Psy-Changeling series.
Anne Bishop's The Others series. It's got a bit of a twist - most of the main characters are animals that can shift to look like people, not the other way around. No werewolves but you do have vampires.

Patricia Briggs' Mercedes Thompson and Alpha & Omega series.

You might try Hoofin' It by R.J. Blain. The main character isn't a werewolf, but both of his parents are. Plus there are plenty of other shifter characters in the book.

Warning: I adore this book, but must admit it's crack-fic. Read with tongue planted VERY firmly in cheek.

Its been a while since anyone commented here I got another recommendation The Primogenitor Saga by Robert M. Kerns.
