Does anybody have any recommendations on good books by entrepreneurs?
How they got successful, job secrets etc.

My sister is starting her own business and is looking for some books to help her with her business and to motivate her more.

1) Really understand finance and accounting. I can't stress this enough.
2) You’re not going to get anywhere if you’re just duplicating a market that already exists; You have to add something to it to make it attractive to insiders.

I"m not sure how helpful this book might be, but its one high rated book in entrepreneur?start-ups literature.
I read it and loved it. Its a short read. Barely took me 3 days.
