Motley Crues the Dirt and Led Zepplins Hammer of the Gods (although that isn't autobiog) are both fascinating studies of excess
Phil Collins book is actually much better than I thought it would be
Anything Mick Wall writes is worth reading, he's done a few interview/memoir type things and a couple of biographies

It's not exactly a biography of a rock star, but it's in a similar vein -- the book by Debbie Spungen's mother, And I Don't Want To Live This Life. Amazing read. I'd also include in not-autobiography, but close enough, Touching From a Distance by Deborah Curtis, the wife of Ian Curtis.
The Heroin Diaries, as mentioned earlier, is awesome, and I also liked Keith Richard's memoir, and everything by Willie Nelson!
Oh, and Kurt's journals, of course.
There's also that book by a guy who accidentally ended up being G.G. Allin's roadie which makes you want to poke out your eyes and claw off your skin, but is a fascinating in a road accident way, if you have the stomach for it.

I will do my best to re-up links ASAP, but it might take a moment (health issues). I'm really sorry for this!

Kink: By Dave Davies of the Kinks. Brutally honest.
