Umm, if you want non-fiction, then the one to start with would be If This Is a Man by Primo Levi [all of his writings are some of the best things i have ever read], and Man's Search for Meaning. As a more general introduction to the subject, Auschwitz [by Laurence Rees] and the accompanying TV series are very well-done.
If you'd prefer novels, then The Book Thief is a good read, In The Garden of Beasts might be quite close to what you have listed. There's also the YA novel, The Devil's Arithmetic. I have much more recs, if you'd like.

I'm reading 'The boy who drew Auschwitz: A powerful true story of hope and survival' by Thomas Geve and it's really good!!
Also 'The Boy Who Followed His Father into Auschwitz: A True Story of Family and Survival' by Jeremy Dronfield, highly recommended
