Hi,

I read "The Passage" and "The Twelve" by Justin Cronin and loved it. And I am really hooked on the TV Series "The Waling Dead"... And I am now looking for books in the same setting. It does not necessarily have to be Zombies but I really have a spleen with them (heart beating and adrenaline, you know)

I read "The Stand" from Stephen King a few years back, which I enjoyed very much. I liked the atmosphere and the realigious good vs evil endtime battle scenery.

Also I am a huge fan of "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer, because I found the interaction between the characters very dynamic and interesting to read.

I also enjoyed a lot of the Young Adult Dystopian Novels but I think I've kind of had enough of those romantic threesomes in a somehow dystopian world.

I hope very much some of you can recommend me new books ...

Thank you

2 out of every 3 books in sci/fantasy releases are zombie novels these days. (and .9 of the rest seem to be supernatural romance).
we're hitting the point of saturation.

there have been a few really good offbeat end of the world novels posted in the last week, apocalypse cow, umm... crap i can't even remember the titles offhand, but they should jump out at you, look for creative variations on the word Armageddon, apocalypse, etc.

There's no review so damning as no one loving your work enough to preserve it.

- the external all my uploads lived on has died by cat. I'm unable to reupload anything from pre 2015.

If you love The Walking Dead, you should read the two Walking Dead novels. They're both here on mobilism I think.

I loved the Aftertime series by Sophie Littlefield.

No one has said it so I will Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa.
"In a future world, vampires reign. Humans are blood cattle. And one girl will search for the key to save humanity."Allison Sekemoto survives in the Fringe, the outermost circle of a vampire city. By day, she and her crew scavenge for food. By night, any one of them could be eaten.

Some days, all that drives Allie is her hatred of "them." The vampires who keep humans as blood cattle. Until the night Allie herself is attacked--and given the ultimate choice. Die...or become one of the monsters.

Faced with her own mortality, Allie becomes what she despises most. To survive, she must learn the rules of being immortal, including the most important: go long enough without human blood, and you will go mad.

Then Allie is forced to flee into the unknown, outside her city walls. There she joins a ragged band of humans who are seeking a legend--a possible cure to the disease that killed off most of humankind and created the rabids, the mindless creatures who threaten humans and vampires alike.

But it isn't easy to pass for human. Especially not around Zeke, who might see past the monster inside her. And Allie soon must decide what--and who--is worth dying for.
