I've been running out of urban fantasy/fantasy to read lately and so I beseech this discussion forum for recommendations.

I will reward if I like it and haven't read it before. I have read most of the well known ones though there may be one or two I've forgotten or missed

Fantasy and/or Urban Fantasy books only.

Books that are similar to any of these:

The Road to Magic (Book 1 of the Way of the Demon Series) by Alexey Glushanovsky
The Demon Cycle by Peter V. Brett
The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher
Firestaff Collection by James Galloway
The Sorcerers Path by Brock Deskins

*NO Paranormal Romance!!

*Main character should preferably be a male.
*Main character must be a anti-hero.
*Should only have 1-3 POV(the fewer the better).
*Main character must have a "flexible" idea of morality.
*Main character should be under the age of 30 but over 17.

I'm giving thirty, twenty for blackjack and ten for fade to black(because while it was an okay read it just lacked something). However I do not like Deacon Chalk.

Also @People above kartpai: I've read all those books except for dirge for a necromancer by ash stinson and I've paid him for that.

P.S @kartpai: I am going to look over some of the series you posted and see if I like. Also Galloway's Firestaff series is amazing, thanks for recommending it to me earlier.

I've marked the books that I already read before I made this thread in red(or the very few books I didn't like which were only two). I've been a bit busy lately so I've only finished one the books which I marked in green(Shadow series by Jon Sprunk), I liked it so I'll be donating 20 WRZ$ to you kartpai(thanks for the recommendation) and I'll also be editing this post to mark my progress with the list and as I progress I'll donate for each book I like. I also added the IDC series there in response to to another more recent recommendation by someone else.

The rest of the books(plaintext) will be added to my tbr list.

Also does anyone know the BBCode for strikethrough text on this site? I've noticed the standard [s]example[/s] doesn't work on this site.

The Felix Castor series by Mike Carey might be of interest. Not sure if Fix is an anti-hero, but he's definitely a bastard. Urban fantasy set in London and dealing with demons

Have you tried Simon Green's the Hidden Histories series? Those are good. Eddie Drood is scary as an anti-hero trying to be noble.

You may also want to look at Frank Tuttle's Markhat files? Not as good as Jim Butcher's Harry Dresden, but not bad. That also reminds me of Benedict Jacka's Alex Versus books, which are not bad.

Also, look at both of Larry Correia's series: the Monster Hunters and the Grimnoir Chronicles. I found the characters really gritty and gripping.
