I only read Game of Thrones by George R R Martin last year and fell in love with the whole series.

Game of Thrones is awesome.

I really enjoyed "Too bright to hear, too loud to see"

I also really enjoyed "Beautiful Ruins" for a fun, light hearted read.

Have read some really great books as of late. Paul Cleave's The Cleaner is one of the best I've read in awhile. Linwood Barclay is another of my fave new authors-- The Accident and Too Close to Home were real page turners.

I also fell in love with A Game of Thrones...enough so that I read all 5 of the books, and bought the 1st season [book 1] from HBO.

Another book that I was really impressed with last year was The Beekeeper's Apprentice , by Laurie R. King. I've enjoyed some of Sherlock Holmes stories in the past, but this is a new slant on it. As in an older Sherlock....and a young female friend/partner, Mary Russell.

The Book Thief was a great novel. It is a lengthy read though.

American Elsewhere by Robert Jackson Bennett. All four of Bennett's novels are great, and he's such an unpredictable writer. Highly recommended.

Beautifully Damaged by L.A. Fiore is an amazing book that I'd recommend to anyone that loves a good romance where a bad boy is saved by the love of a sweet woman
