I've read the Harry Potter books at least twice each, the Lord Of the Rings about seven times, including once out loud to my 9 year old son, (took about 3 months of bed-times), the Fionavar Tapestry trilogy by Guy Gavriel Kay, and The Hotel New Hampshire by John Irving. Oh, and several of Kurt Vonnegut's novels.
I've also read The Gruffalo to my little girls so often, I no longer need the actual words in front of me :).

The Thief of Always by Clive Barker. I bought and read the comic adaptation on a whim are the time it was being published by IDW (I think) and haven't looked back. Immediately devoured the novel when I finished the comics and have re-read it several times since.

This Shining Land by Rosalind Lakers
The Carradyne Touch by Anne McCaffrey

Before I started bookswapping and reading E-Books, I read both books about once every other year. The Dragonriders of Pern (whole series) used to be another favourite. And then of course Harry Potter.

Nowadays I listen to the audio books of Harry Potter (read by Stephen Fry) when I feel down or sick.
