Where to buy Non-Fiction ebooks?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for an amazon- and nook-free online shop for non-fiction ebooks. Either .epub or .pdf, no DRM prefered. :-)

My interests are mathematics, cookbooks and childrenbooks

Any suggestions?

what don't you go straight to the sources?
Random House's website has some really good ebooks for sale, lots of non-fiction in between em

You can prove O'Reilly for math books, any of theirs books has DRM and have various format in each book.
