I have noticed that a lot of people ask for recommendations about books to read, and there are usually quite a few people that respond.
Why, then, is there rarely any feedback from the original person that submitted the request? I have recommended quite a few books/authors, and it would be nice to know that someone found that information helpful. Perhaps if there were a few more "Thank You"s, more people might respond to the queries.
Just my opinion.........

Ahaha. I'm one of those. Asking for recs but no feedback. Perhaps they're too engrossed getting and enjoying the books they've just discovered. That's what happened to me. I've just started participating in the forums now that I've hit a slump. :-)

Well, chulala............. You could very well be right.................. However, by checking their "topic" to see if there are more replies, seems like it would be easy enough to say a quick "Thanks"......
