So I've read this book but I can't remember the title or the author. It's about a girl tattoo artist that have full sleeves tattoos that encouters a billionaire on a rainy day. He was going to commit suicide but since she was on bicycle while it was raining, he decided not to and to help her get home. She's badass and curses like a sailor, he's highly intelligent and successful but have parents that are as cold as fish.
